Sound Bathing with Shrader Healing

Join Ellie and Matthew Shrader for a transformative evening of sound bathing, a calming, meditative experience where attendees are "bathed" in sound waves. These waves are produced by a variety of healing instruments such as gongs, crystal bowls, shruti boxes, flutes, drums, and more. This meditative sound bath creates a soothing, immersive environment that promotes relaxation, mental clarity, and a sense of wellbeing.

Bring whatever you need to feel comfortable (yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc.) and let the sound guide you into a state of deep relaxation.

Each session is $45. Garden members receive 20% off. Pre-registration is required.
