In 75 minutes you'll discover what is limiting your overhead mobility and walk away with a custom tailored plan built for improving our mobility. This isn't a "stretch and hope for the best" session. It's a hands-on, test-retest experience where you'll learn what actually works [and what's just noise].
This session is for those who:
- Struggle with comfortably hanging from a pullup bar due to lack of mobility
- Struggle with overhead squatting or snatching for the same reason
- Want a tangible strategy to improve your overhead mobility
