Please do not park in the lot and walk up to the door in an attempt to avoid waiting in line as this is not fair to others. Our address is 6319 Maple Street. Please approach from the south on either 63rd or 64th Street to avoid blocking Maple Street. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
