Learn the game that people are calling a sanity saving escape from a screen driven world. Jenni from Club Mahj is excited to introduce you to what many feel is a perfect mix of luck, skill, and community building all rolled into a fun game. 

The series will be taught in two parts, Mahj 101 & Mahj 102. In the Mahj 101 you will learn the tiles, rules, the Mahjong card, lines, and game play. At least one game will be played in Mahj 101. During the second lesson, Mahj 102, you will learn proper etiquette of the Charleston, dealing tiles, choosing a section, and developing your hand so that you will have the knowledge and confidence to play independently. The main goal of Club Mahj is to spread the joy of Mahjong to all so that everyone can enjoy the social, tactile, brain boosting game that is sweeping the nation.

*Both lessons are required and included in the registration price. 

Seating is limited and registration is required!

Club Mahj will provide all supplies needed to learn and play. Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks. Children 11 and up are welcome to join the class if they attend with an adult also taking the class.  If there is interest in a Children's only class for 17 and under,  then other classes can be added.
