Best of Omaha winner Artisan Boards of Omaha are happy to partner with Lauritzen Gardens for a charcuterie class that’s as fun as it is flavorful.

You will learn the basics of cheese selection, how to fold meat, make a meat rose, and learn about the different variety of cheeses as well as fun tidbits about charcuterie. Discover tasty tidbits about cheese varieties and charcuterie traditions as you're guided step-by-step in creating your very own board to take home (one board per registered 2 people – so bring a friend)! 

A custom designed board will be provided for everyone to sample from. 

$100, $85 for garden members (2 people per registration).
