About Scott Getzschman:

A lifelong Fremont resident, Scott Getzschman has dedicated his career to business and community service. Scott Getzschman, President of Getzschman Heating and former Mayor of Fremont (2010–2020), shares insights on leadership in business, public service, and community engagement. Scott’s tenure as mayor included leading Fremont through a decade of both growth and challenge, including the 2019 floods and the COVID-19 pandemic.

His leadership extends through:
