HYROX KIDS YOUNGSTARS 6-13yr olds!! Kids aged 6-13yr will do 300m runs and same roxzone exercises as the adults but light weights and reps will be reduced to suit various ages... Great opportunity for our kids to try something different.. Hyrox patch and treats for all kids after they finish!! This Hyrox kids event will be performed with a partner so it's doubles only... let's get signed up!!
