New Year’s Eve Body Detox: A Rejuvenating Experience after the Christmas rush and indulgence

Join us for our annual (always sold out) New Year’s Eve Body & Mind Detox Reset morning designed to calm your nervous system, clear your mind, and flush out toxins as you transition into 2026 with ease and intention.
This women only, immersive class combines:
🌀 Fascia tools to release tension and improve mobility
🧘♀️ Yoga straps and blocks for restorative poses and enhanced support
🌿 Nature-inspired techniques to reconnect and slow down
Using mainstream music, this space is welcoming, soothing and a safe space to allow yourself 2 1/2 hours after Christmas to reflect and plan, and allow the body to detox and ground.
This session will leave you feeling:

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket for meditation.
Wear loose fitting clothing and bring layers for walking / being outside
This will take part at An Creagan (the yoga room is located to the right as you go into the main building) There is plenty of parking out the front of the building.

🌿Arrive and enjoy hot lemon and ginger water to detox and flush.
🌿Set your intentions for the year and start to ease in with a cup of herbal festive tea and enjoy the soothing environment Tara is known for creating
🌿Participate in a somatic stretch and flow-Help clear the cobwebs in your body and flush stuck energy and emotions using our go to tools and props for fascia release, healing and stretch -suitable for all abilities including post partum and pregnancy
🌿Rest with a cosy, warm guided meditation and enjoy some white space in this busy festive period (your nervous system will thank you)
🌿Enjoy a choice of tea, coffee, hot chocolate or herbal tea of your choice from the coffee shop
🌿Walk the 1km boardwalk whilst enjoying all the positive ions from the boglands, chatting and getting the cheeks rosy-barefoot optional 👣
🌿Finish off by gathering around the fire pit in the great outdoors to finish this gorgeous morning. Enjoy chatting and doing some new year reflections and prompts led by Tara.
Limited numbers as this is to be a small, restful workshop £30pp
