Ironman Distance Challenge

Folks Damian O Hagan & Myself are talking on an Ironman Distance based at Omagh Leisure Complex on Friday 12th December

Swim 152 lengths pool 2.4 mile
Bike on turbo 112 mile
Run 26.2mile if weather good 105 laps 400m track or run on threadmill

We are doing this till raise money for NI Air Ambulance

We are having a draw with top prize for £500 Cash & loads other spot prizes
