Build water confidence, learn paddling and safety skills, play games and have fun with friends! Our Friday evening fun sessions are a great way to end the school week.

Who this course is for:

Designed for kids aged 7 to 13yrs. 
No previous experience necessary and no need to be able to swim. 
Parents are welcome to join in too. 

This is an inclusive course - if you need extra support to take part please get in touch to see how we can help. 
What you’ll learn
This is an ideal opportunity for young people new to paddle sport and those that want to build on existing skills
Gain water confidence
basic paddling and safety skills

Coached by our friendly, experienced and qualified coaches, in a safe and progressive way using a range of “games with aims” – you’ll be having so much fun, you won’t even know you are learning :)

Personal Performance Award Certificates available.

All participants will be fitted with a correctly sized buoyancy aid and kept under close supervision of the coaches who will encourage them to become more water confident with each game or exercise. 

Dates & Times:
Fridays: 23, 30 January AND 6, 13, 20 February.
Times: 5:50pm – 7pm (6pm - 6:50pm in the pool)

Equipment:
We provide: Kayaks, paddles, buoyancy aids and helmets.  
You bring: Shorts/swimsuit and a t-shirt for the pool, a towel and a dry set of clothes to change into afterwards.  

Facilities:
There are toilets and changing facilities available, as well as parking.  

Course Prices for Under 18s, for the full 5-week course range from £36 to £96 - depending on membership status and other discounts / assistance rates that may be available or applicable.

Non Member Price includes 1 year Erne Paddlers and Paddle NI Membership


Please note

The tickets will show the full price until you click through to checkout where your discounts (membership, u18, etc.) will be applied automatically by looking up your membership profile.
Installment and extra discount options are available for those that could not otherwise afford to attend - please ask.

You do not need to be a member to book a course.
Non-member course prices include an annual membership of Erne Paddlers & Paddle NI (worth £75).
Returning members should renew before booking to access discounted rates.
