Designed for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of functional fitness, this course blends classroom instruction with hands-on movement training. Participants learn foundational movements such as the squat, deadlift, and press, while exploring the CrossFit approach to nutrition, programming, and scaling workouts for all levels.
