Each circle will include: *a full somatic yoga practice including gentle asana and free movement exploration to a curated playlist *guided journaling and self-inquiry *partner and group connection *optional hands-on cranial and polarity-based support *space to integrate, soften, and receive This is a place to come as you are, to be witnessed, to reconnect with your body, and to explore what it means to feel supported in a more honest and embodied way. Each month will explore a different theme: Month 1: Receiving Support/ getting to know your energy system in an embodied way Softening into the experience of being held, supported, and nourished, both internally and in connection with others. Month 2: Boundaries & Energetic Sovereignty Exploring clear, embodied boundaries and the ability to stay connected to yourself in relationship. Month 3: Integration & Authentic Expression Bringing awareness into action—expressing your truth, voice, and inner alignment in a grounded way. ?
