# Event Details - **Event Name**: Still Just a Garden Party-Barony of Glymm Mere 2026 - **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 15 Aug, 2026 at 10:00 am - **Event Description**: The relaxing Barony of Glymm Mere invites you to It's Just a Garden Party! Held at Glymm Mere's archery range, join us for fun and games as we look for our new Archery and Thrown Weapons Champions. There will also be outdoor games, activities for children and a potluck lunch. The Barony will provide drinks. According to your last name (SCA or otherwise): A-H Main dishes; I-S side dishes; T-Z deserts. We will have a Bardic circle, a Youth Only (16 and under) Marketplace, a small children's hobby horse race and a Kubb tourney. We will have Bocce and croquet available for those who wish to play. We have 5-6 pavilions to set up on Friday. I will be on site from 2:00 pm until finished and need as many volunteers as possible. Everyone is welcome to bring their popups as well. I will share a map of the layout at the August business meeting.
