Champagne & Sunsets All-Alt Milonga on Saturday, August 9th

Let’s whisk off to Paris and dance nuevo tango together on August 9th! We’re transporting ourselves with alt-nuevo music so electric, you’ll think you’re in a nightclub in the 11th arrondissement.

In memory of my dear friend and very first tango student, Steve Forbes- whose dream was to travel and dance tango. We enjoyed dancing nuevo together and sipping a glass of bubbles after our classes during the pandemic. Steve was the very first student to take a bet on me as a teacher for private lessons, he believed in me wholeheartedly and championed my transition from social worker to professional tango dancer! He even wanted to help me start a milonga post pandemic to show off his awesome new skills. Unfortunately, Steve was taken from us too soon. Steve, our dreams live on in champagne and sunsets. 💞 This milonga is for you! 🥂
