Our day starts at 9.45am, with a full morning and early afternoon yoga session . We will indulge in a smorgasbord of meditation, slow flow, pranayama, yin and relaxation. (With a tea break mid-morning)

After yoga we will have over a delicious and healthy lunch from 12.30pm - 1.15pm, leaving you energised, relaxed and still time to enjoy the later part of the afternoon and summer evening.
