Looking to level up your physical practice? Arm balances ARE accessible to everyone! A range of variations will be introduced in a safe manner cultivating focus and trust. From the beginner to the more advanced practitioner, we will all focus on the basics, using our arms as the strong root of all of these super playful poses. We will begin with a warm up flow to activate, strengthen and create the space in our bodies needed to take flight. Then we will spend time playing in several arm balances from basic poses to super funky! We will wrap up with a short flow incorporating the poses learned and then cool down in some much deserved restorative postures. Bring an open mind and a playful heart!
