Join us for a fun and hands-on sourdough workshop at the Olmsted Community Center!
This session will be led by Shannon Asbury, co-owner of local microbakery Dough Mamas CLE. Shannon is a skilled baker who combines technical expertise with a creative touch to craft sourdough that’s as beautiful as it is delicious — nourishing both body and soul with every loaf.Whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up your bread game, this experience is perfect for bakers of all levels.
You’ll be working with a truly historic sourdough starter, traced back to the Oregon Trail in 1847—carefully preserved and passed down through generations for over 150 years.
