Guided by Amy Hudson of The Sound Healing Center of Lexington, this relaxing experience features crystal singing bowls and resonant instruments that blend with the cave’s natural acoustics. As sound echoes through the limestone chambers, participants are invited to unwind, reflect, and enjoy a truly one-of-a-kind atmosphere where the cave itself becomes part of the music.

🧘 Bring a yoga mat, blanket, camp chair, or anything comfortable to sit or lie on during the session.

🌡️ The cave remains around 60°F year-round, so please dress warmly and wear appropriate footwear for a cave environment.
