Join us for a deeply immersive sound bath inside the Dance Hall of Cascade Cave, one of Kentucky’s most unique natural spaces. Guided by Amy Hudson of The Sound Healing Center of Lexington, this experience centers on intentional listening as crystal singing bowls and resonant instruments interact with the cave’s natural acoustics.

As you rest on your mat or chair, sound moves through the limestone walls, creating echoes that invite stillness, reflection, and grounding. This is not a performance—it’s a shared experience where the cave itself becomes part of the sound.
