Step into the nocturnal world of owls on this exciting night hike! A naturalist will guide you along the Box Canyon Trail (moderate, 0.8 mile loop) under the stars as you listen for owl calls and learn about their unique adaptations and behaviors.

Before the hike, enjoy a free owl-themed craft, explore the Kentucky Wild setup to learn about wildlife conservation, and meet a real live owl thanks to the Kentucky Fish and Wildlife and the Salato Wildlife Education Center.

This free, family-friendly event is the perfect way to connect with nature and discover the secrets of these incredible nighttime predators. Don’t miss it!
