Valentine's Self Care

The Valentine’s Self-Care Celebration is a heart-centered, in-person gathering designed to help you slow down, open the heart, and reconnect. Through guided meditation, energy healing, and a deeply soothing sound bath, you’ll calm your nervous system, restore emotional balance, and feel supported in a warm group environment. This experience honors all forms of love self-love, friendship, family, and community and offers a meaningful pause from daily stress. Plus, your participation supports something bigger: funds from this event will be used to support Kids 4 A Cause monthly projects.
