To make this fantastic community event a success, we urgently need volunteers to help on the day. Could you spare a few hours? 
We’re looking for help with carrying boards, selling programmes, stewarding bands around the circuit and taking photos of bands before they march off (a mobile phone is all that’s needed!)
Please come to our Volunteers Meeting on Tuesday 19th May at 7.00 pm at Uppermill Conservative Club, where we’ll explain the different roles, answer any questions and ask people to let us know their availability.
