This is a Charity Walk working alongside Always Oakley. The walk itself is only short, less than a mile but we will get a fantastic sunset from the top of Tandle Hill. We will meet at the park so the children can have a play and if anyone wants a picnic etc. 
Please read the ⬇️ info on what the charity is all about it really is for a great cause. 

Dogs are welcome as long as they are kept under control by the owner 

Children are welcome as long as they are with a parent/carer

Please bring a torch ? and make sure you have suitable Footwear preferably walking boots 

Always Oakley began in 2023 after my precious little boy Oakley was born sleeping.
To help me navigate through the most horrific time I decided to use my grief and love for Oakley and turn it into purpose and that’s where the fundraising all began. 
Since we started we’ve been able to do so much good and in turn do our bit to help improve maternity bereavement care. 
Some of the things we’ve been able to donate and hep with so far are; a CuddleCot, furnishings to a bereavement room, a memory library, clothes to a children’s hospice, memory boxes, essential items to hospitals and gifts to other loss families. 
We are currently fundraising to be able to donate another CuddleCot but this time to the funeral directors who cared for Oakley so well and helped us give him the best send off we could. We have lots of plans and ideas for the future for Always Oakley and hope to be able to continue to support other families and help improve bereavement care in Oakley’s name. Thank you.
