Many ask what is Kundalini Activation, it is the serpent energy that resides at the base of the spine and lies dormant until activated.
Once activated it can release blockages, raise your vibration, which in turn promotes spiritual growth and a divine connection to source
Join us to activate this wonderful energy and tap into your full potential
I will guide you through a series of gentle yoga, pranas and mantras to allow you to surrender and allow the serpent to rise up through the chakras, all wrapped in divine music to elevate your consciousness

Note Kundalini activation is not suitable during pregnancy, if you suffer with severe mental health, bipolar or schizophrenia.
Tickets are limited to 10 per event so I can focus my full attention, tickets are not transferrable but can be gifted to a friend if you cannot attend.
