Discover the Lightness of your true being

Join us live for a 3-hour journey where we dive deep into the topic of “the lightness within the depths of our being”. In this workshop you wil be able to experience yourself moving effortlessly with lightness. We combine simple physical exercises inspired by internal martial arts and guided meditation.

Enjoy the feeling of freedom and joy within you when standing true your being.
