CCSC's High Performance Camp is designed for athletes who are ready to take their swimming to the next level. Over four full days, advanced age-group and senior-level swimmers will train together under the guidance of our experienced Coaching Staff. 

We combine targeted in-water skills and drills, structured dryland training, high-intensity sets, and interactive mindset sessions to give athletes the tools they need to build strength, resilience, and laser-focused performance habits.

At Canoe City, we're all about helping athletes feel confident, consistent, strong, and capable while developing the discipline, perseverence, and competitive mindset needed to excel in the pool and beyond. Plus, team-building challenges help athletes strengthen communication, leadership, and mental skills to help reach their full potential in the water and in our communities!

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
High Performance Camp is designed for 11 & Over athletes who are committed to improving technique, increasing training intensity, and strengthening their competitive edge. 💪
