Losing a loved one can leave us feeling adrift - disconnected from the person we’ve lost and the world around us. The grieving process is profoundly personal, often bringing emotions that are difficult to articulate or comprehend.

I lost my sister in December 2022 and my mother in January 2024. The last couple of years haven’t been easy but I have found a comfort and reached a plateau of acceptance through my work with crystal singing bowls and gongs.

Over the last year people have told me about their grief journeys and how the weekly sound meditation classes that I hold have helped them, and so I have decided to start this small monthly circle.

I have recently qualified as a STILL Method Grief Coach. Here, however, I am a fellow person in grief and my intention for you is to offer a safe and supportive space, on one Sunday afternoon every month, where we can share our grief journeys and come together to the sounds and frequencies of the crystal singing bowls.

Yoga mats and blankets are provided but you may wish to bring your own, with a pillow, for extra comfort.
