• Winter Salad, mixed greens, apples, pears, white truffle vinaigrette, beets, celery root, goat cheese, and candied walnuts
• Morel Bisque, chateau d'orignac, morels, chanterelles, cream

Second:
• Wagyu Ribeye and Lobster Ravioli for Two
one 16oz ribeye to share, sauce americaine, grilled broccolini, crispy shallot, lobster raviolis

• Chocolate Gianduja
• Raspberry Cheesecake
