Tour de Lyme Training Ride 1

17 Mile Group Ride in preparation for the Tour de Lyme on May 31.

Parking: entrance by the Grassy Hill Rd. Cemetery.

Waivers will be available to be signed for all guests.

Helmets required.
Rear light recommended.
Please carry appropriate nutrition and money to purchase more if necessary.
Please refrain from using headphones.
Please carry cell phone.
Carry spare tubes, pump or cO2 cartridge, and any necessary tools for on-road repairs.
This is a no drop ride. But please be familiar with the route. Have access to the map, either printed or electronic.
Obey all applicable traffic and safety laws.
Use appropriate hand signals when stopping or turning.
Ride as far to the right as possible leaving enough room to avoid hazards.
Ride single file.
Notify others when vehicles are approaching and of road hazards.
