This accessible yoga practice welcomes all experience levels and is open to individuals aged 14 and older. Come as you are, dress comfortably, and bring a yoga strap or block if you have one (both are available for purchase or to borrow, if not).  Doors open at 8:50 AM, arrive early to complete your waiver, class starts promptly at 9 AM.

Whitney R. Simpson hosts the Exploring Peace Meditations podcast and is the author of With God in Every Breath. She is an E-RYT 500 (experienced registered yoga teacher) passionate about sharing yoga as a healing tool.
