It is a true honor to offer these ancient rituals that bring us home to our hearts and to our Pacha Mama (Mother Earth) and all she embodies. We will partake in ceremony through Calling Directions. This is a beautiful and profound way of honoring and invoking the living energies of Earth, Air, Sun, Water & the Great Mystery through gratitude and prayer. It brings opportunity to create a sacred space, a circle within which you began your journey toward balance. Weaving in these ancient blessings, we will experience a yin yoga practice honoring the elements within us and all around us. Through our breath of life, mantra, mudras and sacred asanas, we will gather forth in reflection creating and honoring meaningful intentions you hold deep within you. Through Shamanic Journeying, you will learn how to discover helping guides, Guardians or Power animals that can take different forms specific to your life’s unique needs to offer dear guidance and support unique to each individual. Shamanic journey has been practiced by many healing traditions of indigenous peoples around the world. It is a sacred interaction with the spirit world connecting you deeper to your Highest Self and can also be used to support communities and tribal nations by offering guidance in many diverse ways. Journeying usually takes place with the sound of a rhythmic drum beat and lying or sitting on the earth with closed eyes. One will enter the journey symbolically through openings in the earth that one chooses such as a cave, water, a hole in a tree or the ground, unique to every being of a place visited before in nature. We brim forth with joy in sharing these sacred rituals woven through yoga, earth and heart. Come and experience the wonder, mystery and beauty bringing harmony to our lives.
