As you settle into a comfortable resting space, you’ll be gently guided through a sound bath featuring the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other resonant instruments. These healing vibrations flow through the body, washing away tension and inviting deep relaxation.

While the sound waves support your energetic harmony, Reiki energy healing will be offered to help balance your energy field and restore emotional and physical equilibrium.
