- **Event Description**: Calling all young artists! Come explore the fun of clay during our Kids' Clay Camp, Monday, July 13 through Friday, July 17, from 9am-11am!

This hands-on creative camp is designed for two age groups so every camper can learn at the right level while building confidence and creativity.

Ages 6–9: Campers will explore hand-building techniques like pinch pots, coil building, and slab construction to create imaginative sculptures, animals, functional pieces, and more. Projects focus on creativity, texture, and storytelling through clay.

Ages 10–14: Older campers will learn the exciting process of wheel throwing, practicing how to center clay, pull walls, and shape their own bowls, cups, and other pottery forms while also exploring surface design and glazing.

All materials and instruction are included, and campers will finish the week with unique handmade pieces that can be picked up at a later date. Shipping can also be arranged through USPS. It’s a fun, messy, and creative experience that encourages imagination, problem-solving, and artistic confidence!
