Participants will explore how to create beads from extruded forms, cutting and shaping lengths of clay into unique, repeatable elements. Emphasis will be placed on consistency, clean cuts, and inventive construction as you transform simple extrusions into dimensional beads. Experiment with texture, pattern, and surface design to give each piece character, then assemble your forms into a striking bead pole sculpture. Suitable for all skill levels, this class combines process-driven techniques with creative exploration for bold, modern results.

This is the third and final workshop in a series of 3 to create different style beads for your very own garden art.  Take 1, 2 or all 3 classes, the choice is yours.  All materials are included in the cost of the class.  No previous pottery experience necessary.  Create up to 3 beads per class, as time allows.  Children 12 and over are welcome.
