These sessions will give you helpful tips and advice on how to support your patients in care settings and in patients own homes. It will increase your knowledge about how to prevent falls, how to safely advise your patient to get up off the floor and how Physiotherapy can help reduce the falls risk.Please note, if you are a health or social care professional please come in non uniform as this is a mixed session with patients and family attending. The venue is the Activities Room in Ashgate Hospice Day Unit. Free parking on site.
