Doors open at 8:50 AM, arrive early to complete your waiver, class starts promptly at 9 AM.

Whitney R. Simpson hosts the Exploring Peace Meditations podcast and is the author of With God in Every Breath. She is an E-RYT 500 (experienced registered yoga teacher) passionate about sharing yoga as a healing tool.
