This research-based film features insights from experts like Jonathan Haidt and Anna Lembke, along with real-world stories from families and schools. It offers practical, age-appropriate strategies to support healthy tech habits for elementary-aged children.
Following the screening, participants are invited to stay for a facilitated discussion and to learn more about prevention and family support resources available in our community.
