Moggy's Refuge is a local, state licensed 501(c)(3) nonprofit rescue serving the Greater Kansas City area, dedicated to caring for cats and kittens.  They not only find cats loving homes but also provide community care with trap-neuter-return (TNR) helping reduce overpopulation.  Every cat in their care is fully vetted, altered, and loved in a foster home while they wait for the right family.  Their greatest needs are adopters, foster families, and donations to continue supporting these purrfect creatures.

Come move, breathe, soften and play!  This FREE, gentle 50 minute, all levels class blends slow mindful movement with the calming (and hilarious) presence of cats weaving, resting and maybe even joining you on your mat.

After class, stay for a private kitty meet & greet-- a quiet, intentional space to connect, cuddle, and get to know the cats beyond the practice.  If your heart feels the pull, you'll also have the opportunity to donate, adopt or apply to become a foster family through Moggy's Refuge.
