# Event Details

- **Event Name**: Family Sound Bath
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sun, 15 Nov, 2026 at 08:00 am – Sun, 15 Nov, 2026 at 10:00 am (-07:00)
- **Event Description**: Family Sound Bath at Yahweh Wellness with Vibe High

A sound experience created especially for children ages 5 + and the adults who come with them.

This is an opportunity for kids to experience the sounds and vibrations of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan bowls and drums in an environment where they’re welcome to simply be themselves.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THE FIRST TIME

This experience will be different from a typical Vibe High sound session.

Children are welcome to move, create, talk, interact and experience the space in whatever way feels natural for them. If they prefer to lie down, rest, read or share a quieter experience with their parent or caregiver, that is equally welcome.

The intention is to give children an opportunity to explore sound and vibration without the expectation that they need to remain still or quiet for an extended period of time.

During the session, kids will have an opportunity to:
Play a set of classic frosted crystal singing bowls and experience creating the sounds themselves
Stand inside a large Tibetan singing bowl and feel the vibration as it is played
Experience the vibrations of large frame drums and have an opportunity to play them
Experience approximately 30 minutes of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls

The Alchemy bowls will be played for a maximum of 30 minutes, compared with approximately 60 minutes during regular Vibe High sessions.

Crafts and colouring books are welcome if your child enjoys them. Book lovers are welcome to bring something to read as well.

Please leave electronics at home so we can keep the experience focused on sound, creativity and connection.
