I'm Tamara Royal.\r\nWhat I would love to bring out most in my classes is self-acceptance. Knowing that yoga is truly for every. body. My own yoga journey found me in my very first class that happened to be quite advanced. But feeling supported & encouraged and feeling the benefits in my own body, I became hooked. This led to my teacher training and several more trainings in yoga nidra, restorative and children’s yoga and ongoing. Introducing the body to rest, how to truly unplug from our “busy-ness”, allowing the body and mind to become still, to recharge and begin to look inward. I love to teach, and especially love to see when someone connects with themselves in class. We like to have fun & have some laughs in class. Hope to see you on your mat!\r\nFor more information on my classes you can find me on Facebook & Instagram\r\n@OMIESYOGA108" } ] } ] ```
