As the year begins its final exhale, we gather for a moment of quiet softness. The Soft Ending is an evening to let the shoulders drop, the breath deepen, and the heart settle into a gentle, honest place of reflection. This is where gratitude and release meet — where we can acknowledge everything the year has held while giving ourselves permission to loosen our grip on what we no longer want to carry forward.
Through the soothing resonance of crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other calming instruments, we’ll create a space that feels like a glowing fire on a winter night — steady, warm, and inviting. A place to rest before the new year calls us forward.
This sound bath invites you to breathe out what’s heavy, honor what’s been meaningful, and land softly inside yourself as the year comes to a close.
