As summer gives way to autumn, we enter the season of the Metal Element—a time to slow down, reflect, and release what no longer serves us.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Metal Element is connected to the Lungs and Large Intestine meridians, which support our ability to receive, process, and let go. Autumn invites us to create space—through breath, movement, and mindful release—while honoring the wisdom and growth we carry forward.


Join Gwyn Davis and Natalie McCalla for a nourishing afternoon of:

🌀 Metal Element Qigong & Breathwork

Gentle movement and intentional breath to support the Lungs, release held tension, and cultivate clarity and renewal.


🔔 Immersive Sound Journey

A restorative sound experience with crystal bowls, gongs, handpan, and other healing instruments to support deep rest, emotional processing, and integration.
