This workshop will be an exploration of Somatic Movement, Myofascial Release, & Lymphatic Drainage. We will open the workshop with a cup of cacao together and begin with a small presentation on Somatic Healing, Fascia, Health, and how it all connects. Then we will practice movements, breathing, and techniques to get in touch with the body. Whether you are a pro or a beginner, this workshop will be a deepening experience to bring you more awareness and tools for healthy living.
