Color sugar skulls, get your face decorated and other fun crafts! Take a stroll through Will Rogers Gardens on a haunted scavenger hunt to get candy! Make sure you collect candy because you might have to pay the troll toll! Come have some fun with Parks & Recreation! All Ages welcome but aimed at 11 and younger.
