We’ll open with a raw, personal sharing and a guided Breathwork + Qigong practice led by @Gwyn Davis (Zen Zone at Mind and Body Fitness Connections). Gwyn blends movement, breath, and mindfulness to shake loose the stress and open up space inside you for clarity and peace. Then we move into the Shamanic Drum Circle with Sage Bailey, founder of Connecting Through Rhythm. Sage has walked the hard road, = addiction, recovery, mental health crises, criminal justice system, and now uses rhythm, sound, and community to help others heal. He’ll guide you through ancient rhythms mixed with modern healing practices, creating a safe, inclusive space where you can connect with yourself and others. No experience is needed. Drums will be provided, or bring your own. This is not a performance. It’s a gathering. A place to breathe, release, and feel human again. Why come? To reconnect when you’ve been feeling cut off. To move stuck energy out of your body. To sit with good people who get it. To experience the power of rhythm, sound, and breath. To align your body, mind and spirit. “When isolation is replaced with belonging, and shame is replaced with acceptance, lives can change, We believe that together, we can give more people that chance to find hope.” Details: Open to all. No experience needed. Come as you are, You're already enough. Wear something comfortable to move in. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow anything to make you feel comfortable lying on the ground.
