Event Center at Project 3810, LLC
3810 North Tulsa Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Join us for an evening of reflection, rhythm, and renewal.
Connecting Through Rhythm invites you to experience powerful teachings and practices that open the heart, honor our ancestors, and remind us what it means to live fully. This event is free to the public and open to all.
This Tuesday we are honored to present two incredible facilitators who bring decades of wisdom and lived experience into their work.
Bekah Jane
Death Is Not the Enemy: Using Death as a Teacher.
Bekah is a seasoned death doula and holistic wellness practitioner with more than 13 years of experience walking with people through grief, identity loss, and end-of-life transitions. Drawing from spiritual, psychological, and ancestral wisdom, Bekah reframes death as a sacred teacher that guides us back to presence. She will explore the Five Regrets of the Dying, the Four Agreements, and simple daily practices that help us soften, forgive, and return to what matters. Whether you are grieving, curious, in recovery, or simply seeking peace with the unknown. Her offering is an invitation to begin again with clarity and grace.

A Journey to the Ancestors:
Virginia is a psychic medium, intuitive guide, and founder of Two Jaguar Journeys. With over 20 years of experience in the healing arts. She offers soul readings, ancestral healing, and transformational retreats.
In this session, Virginia will lead a guided journey that blends shamanic drumming, breath, and sound to reconnect participants with ancestral wisdom.
Through this practice, we remember the language of the drum, the pulse of the Earth, and the rhythm alive in each of us. No musical experience is required, only an open heart.
This offering will flow into a community drum circle where all are welcome.
Virginia will also be signing copies of her book, Stumbling Toward the Heart. Learn more at www.twojaguarjourneys.com
Closing: Community Drum Circle
We will close the night with a community drum circle. Drums will be provided, but please bring your own if you have one.
You are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and any items that will help you feel comfortable lying on the floor. The only requirement is to bring an open heart and no expectations.
Why Join Us?
This evening is more than an event, it is a chance to connect with yourself and your community on a deeper level. You may leave with a lighter spirit, new perspectives, and a stronger sense of belonging. Together, we create spaces where healing becomes possible and community becomes stronger.
