Fitness at OAK is calling your name! Join us for a complimentary barre class with sweat, fun, and friends OUTSIDE at the gorgeous Heartwood Park. Enjoy an unforgettable barre experience with OKC’s top instructors!

barre3’s efficient + effective workout combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. You’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. The instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.
