Full Circle Bookstore welcomes back the celebrated actor and author Tim Blake Nelson to discuss his new novel.

About Superhero:

Actor Peter Compton and producing partner Marci Levy exist in the rarefied air of Hollywood’s elite. Their status as a power couple is unmatched, their presence in any room transformative. But as their private jet lands in Atlanta to begin work on a tentpole superhero movie, even their privileged position will come under threat by the massive pressures of the undertaking. Amid a clash of egos with the crew, video of Peter’s disastrous on-set behavior goes viral, challenging his partnership with Marci as it has never been tested before. As the stakes grow ever higher, it may just take a superhero to save them...

About Tim Blake Nelson:

Tim is a son of Tulsa. He is an actor and director, best known for O Brother, Where Art Thou? (2000). More recently, he has portrayed the supervillain The Leader in Captain America: Brave New World (2025). He has three children with Lisa Benavides-Nelson, who he has been married to since 1994. His debut novel, City of Blows, released in 2023.
