Twice a year, on the Spring and Autumn Equinox, day and night stand in perfect balance.
This sacred pause in nature invites us to do the same.
On March 20th, we gather for a traditional practice of 108 Sun Salutations — a moving meditation designed to cleanse, reset, and welcome a new season with clarity and intention.
In yogic tradition, the number 108 carries deep symbolism — representing wholeness, completion, and connection between the individual and the universe. Each round becomes a breath, a prayer, a step into renewal.
This is not about perfection.
It’s about rhythm.
It’s about presence.
It’s about meeting yourself — again and again — on the mat.
As we transition from winter into spring, this practice helps to:
🌿 Build inner heat and awaken energy
🌿 Clear mental and emotional stagnation
🌿 Strengthen body and focus
🌿 Mark a conscious seasonal reset
You may move at your own pace. Rest when needed. Modify as necessary.
This is a community practice — we begin together and finish together.
Whether you complete all 108 or honor your body with fewer rounds, what matters most is showing up.
Let this be your ritual of renewal.
All levels welcome (basic Sun Salutation knowledge recommended).
Yoga mats provided.
Let’s step into spring — together. 🌅✨
