We get together on Wednesday nights in the Playmakers parking lot (2299 W Grand River Ave, Okemos) at 5:30 PM and run for mental health awareness, general health fitness, and to socialize.

After the group run, we meet up somewhere close by to socialize a bit more. Currently, we've chosen Buddies Bar & Grill located on the corner of Marsh and Grand River.

If you want to meet us there after, feel free to join us or skip it, or if you can't make the run but want to socialize, come on out. We're flexible.
