IT'S BACK! I have received more questions about when this event will be hosted again than anything else, and we are proud to bring it back again! This time around all proceeds will be going to The Scientific Outdoorsmen Foundation: a non-profit that focuses on driving logical, science-based wildlife management.
This year the Saddle Hunter 3D Archery Challenge & Workshop (SH3D) will be a joint event with the Florida Archery Unleashed (FAU) tournament hosted by Skullhill Archery. Both events will be held at the same place at the same time. For more information on FAU click this link:

For those who have never been to a SH3D event, the concept is simple. First, we get all the saddle hunting companies to send their gear for us to demo so you can try it out, put hands on it, put butts in saddles, feet on platforms and climbing sticks so that you can go home with an informed decision on what gear you want to buy for the 2026 season. We will do climbing demonstrations and have a show & tell time for people to show off their favorite customizations. Second, we set up a 3D archery shoot that you actually shoot from your saddle. This part of the event requires you to bring your own saddle and bow! The shoot will be tournament style with prizes for the best shooters but dont be intimidated, it's also just good practice and great fun!
The workshop is 100% FREE. We cover our costs by raffling off the donated gear at the end of the event. If you see their logo above, they are sending demo gear and raffle items, so come prepared to win some cool stuff!
The 3D Archery Challenge will consist of 15 targets, 5 shooting stations and will cost $25 per shooter. Again, bring your own bow and saddle, and further instructions will be provided on event day! The first wave of shooters will start at 9am!
Online registration will be made available soon which will save you and us hassle on the day of the event, and all early registrants will be entered into an exclusive raffle on event day!
Free water will be made available, and additional food and drinks can be purchased. Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks too!
